MODU Valves A/S, based in Vejle, Denmark, is building toward a clear ambition: to become the most digitized valve brand in the world. Not just digitally present, but structurally agent-ready. We are redesigning our product data, interfaces, and technical infrastructure so both humans and AI agents can interact with MODU products without friction, ambiguity, or manual workarounds. This is not a future-facing vision statement. It is an operational shift already underway.

At the core is rigorously structured, validated, and version-controlled product data. Every material specification, chemical compatibility rating, and technical parameter is being converted from static documents and fragmented knowledge into clean, machine-readable datasets. Our specifications are published in native, structured formats such as JSON and OpenAPI 3.0, allowing AI systems to query precise, authoritative answers in milliseconds. Our APIs are designed for autonomous workflows, supporting batch queries, pagination, and self-describing metadata so procurement systems, engineering tools, and AI agents can search, compare, and reason about MODU products directly. By eliminating copy-paste workflows and disconnected PDFs, we remove operational risk and latency from the specification process.

This approach reflects a broader shift in how industrial components are evaluated and procured. AI agents are increasingly participating in engineering comparisons, procurement workflows, and supply chain decisions. The companies that will lead are those whose data is structured, accessible, and trustworthy. MODU is building for that reality today.
