MODU ONE®

MODU ONE® is the first modular valve ecosystem designed to simplify industrial piping systems while improving reliability, maintenance, and traceability. Unlike traditional valves, every valve in the MODU ONE® ecosystem shares identical face-to-face dimensions, connections, and interchangeable spare parts, allowing components to be replaced or upgraded without welding or redesigning the pipeline.

The MODU ONE® ecosystem includes a range of valves and pipeline components such as ball valves, soft seated check valves, control valves, strainers, sight glasses, and double block and bleed configurations. Because each valve is built on the same modular platform, systems gain full backward compatibility and consistent installation dimensions across the entire ecosystem.

MODU ONE® also integrates several technologies designed to improve operational safety and documentation. MODU Safe Mounting™ ensures correct actuator installation through a mechanical interlock that prevents incorrect assembly. MODU Cloud™ provides secure digital access to valve certificates, approvals, datasheets, and complete material traceability for all wetted parts.

Additional ecosystem features such as the Multi-Purpose Port™ allow operators to easily add pipeline accessories including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, drains, air vents, and transmitters without modifying the valve body.
